Education is an ever-evolving field. As educators, it is important to understand the changing nature of not only education, but also of our students. We must find a way to reach every student and it is the role of educators to accomplish this by creating innovative lessons that make students want to learn. Today’s classroom needs to create a constructivist approach and actively engage the students. As students’ needs and the face of the classroom changes, it is important that educators grow and change to meet these new demands.
